The Official State Gazette (BOE) has published the <\/span><\/span>extract of the Resolution of 7 July 2026<\/span><\/span><\/a> of the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda, which announces grants for actions to advance the 2030 Agenda in Local Entities.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Purpose of the grants<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

This call, under a competitive selection procedure, <\/span>aims to fund projects and initiatives that promote the implementation, alignment and localisation of the 2030 Agenda at local level.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

This aid is framed within the provisions of Ministerial Order DSA\/632\/2022, of 23 June, which establishes the regulatory bases for the awarding of grants for actions to advance the 2030 Agenda in Local Entities.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The grants will be allocated to projects relating to:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Preparation of implementation plans<\/strong> for the 2030 Agenda at local level.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Projects for the adaptation of municipal strategic plans<\/strong> to the 2030 Agenda.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Actions that respond to the priorities set out in the 2030 Agenda Implementation Plan<\/strong> and\/or other existing strategic plans whose aim is to provide a territorial response aligned with the 2030 Agenda.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– 2030 Agenda awareness-raising and outreach<\/strong> projects aimed at local residents and\/or the full range of different local stakeholders, including capacity-building.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Initiatives that help implement the 2030 Agenda<\/strong> and make the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals a reality at local level.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Eligible entities<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

Local Entities set out in Law 7\/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, may qualify as beneficiaries, including <\/span>the<\/span><\/b> <\/span>municipality, province, island in the Balearic and Canary archipelagos, counties, metropolitan areas and associations of municipalities<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Budget and allocation<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

The maximum amount for this call is <\/span>\u20ac5,977,299.28<\/span><\/b>, which will be distributed across the following bands:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– \u20ac1,770,000<\/span><\/b> for projects submitted by local entities with a <\/span>population of 5,000 inhabitants or fewer<\/span><\/b>, or groups whose total population does not exceed 10,000 inhabitants.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– \u20ac2,950,000<\/span><\/b> for projects submitted by local entities with a <\/span>population of more than 5,000 inhabitants and fewer than 100,000 inhabitants<\/span><\/b>, or groups in which the total population does not exceed 150,000 inhabitants.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– \u20ac1,257,299.28<\/span><\/b> for projects submitted by <\/span>entities or groups that do not fall within any of the previous bands<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The grants may cover projects with a minimum requested amount of \u20ac20,000 and a maximum of \u20ac250,000.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Deadline and submission of applications<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

The deadline for submitting applications starts on 10 July and ends on 10 August 2026. <\/span><\/b>Applications must be submitted electronically. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– In the case of <\/span>groups of Local Entities<\/span><\/b>, submission must be made via the <\/span>Common Electronic Register.<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n

Applications must be completed using the standard templates available on the <\/span>Ministry\u2019s website<\/span><\/a>, and the documentation must be signed by the person holding the legal representation of the Local Entity, or by whoever has been assigned the authority to submit the application.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/span>The call establishes that each applicant entity or implementing entity within a group may only submit or participate in a single project. In addition, standardised projects prepared by external entities that do not clearly adapt to the needs of the territory will not be accepted.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Exceptionally, <\/span>in the event of IT issues<\/span><\/b> with the indicated application, documentation may be provided via the <\/span>Common Electronic Register<\/span><\/a>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
