Summary

This project aims to develop a modern city free of carbon emissions, accelerate the transition to a circular economy, and promote the development of the bioeconomy in the region.

We will work to jointly build a roadmap, with objectives, commitments and metrics, to live in a healthy, clean, resilient and prosperous city.

Six areas of work have been established: mobility and transport; built environment; water and waste; energy; responsible food production and consumption; local government.

The Soria2030 project was created so that the city can reduce carbon emissions and be carbon neutral by 2030. This project also includes Soria’s transition to a circular economy and the promotion of the development of the bioeconomy in the region.
