1. Protection of personal data

The data collected through the data collection forms on the Website will be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which the FEMP is responsible.

This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with Users. Likewise, the FEMP will cancel, delete, and/or block data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary or relevant for its purpose, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation.

By clicking the “send” button on the corresponding form, the User expressly consents to their data being used for sending commercial communications by email or any other means.

In the data collection forms, fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory; therefore, if the User does not provide the corresponding data, the FEMP may, at its sole discretion, deny the corresponding service.

The User may revoke the consent granted and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by writing to the address indicated in clause 1 and clearly stating the specific right being exercised.

The FEMP adopts the security levels required by the Security Measures Regulation approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable, and leaks may occur due to the malicious actions of third parties.

2. Reporting of illegal and inappropriate activities

In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are illegal, harmful, degrading, violent, or contrary to morality, they may contact the FEMP indicating the following points:

a) Personal data of the informant: name, address, telephone number, and email address;

b) Description of the facts that reveal the illegal or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;

c) In the event of a violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the holder of the infringed right when they are a person other than the informant. Furthermore, the title proving the legitimacy of the rights holder must be provided and, where appropriate, the representation to act on behalf of the holder when they are a person other than the informant;

d) Express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate.

The receipt by the FEMP of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of October 12, on information society services and electronic commerce, effective knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the informant.
