  Beyond data: The Local Voluntary Report as a lever for transformation and municipal transparency
  A presentation on how the Local Voluntary Report (LVR) is a management tool, addressing the advantages of localizing the 2030 Agenda, structured around three axes: optimization of internal management, data intelligence and decision-making, and communication and accountability asset.

  The operational and technical challenges faced by Local Entities in the preparation of LVRs will be addressed. Critical barriers will be identified, simplification strategies will be discussed, and a roadmap for unblocking will be proposed.
