1. Website Terms of Use

1.1 General

The User undertakes to make correct use of the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to FEMP or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of said obligation.

The use of the Website for purposes harmful to the property or interests of FEMP or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage, or disable the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of FEMP or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

1.2 Content

The User agrees to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations, and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1 of this Legal Notice.

By way of example only, and in accordance with current legislation, the User must refrain from:

a) Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content, except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented to by FEMP or by the holder of the exploitation rights, as the case may be.

b) Reproducing or copying for private use Content that may be considered Software or Databases in accordance with current intellectual property legislation, as well as its public communication or making it available to third parties when these acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.

c) Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Content comprising the Website, as well as the databases that FEMP makes available to Users.

1.3 Data collection forms

Without prejudice to the provisions of the privacy policy, the use of certain services or requests addressed to FEMP is conditional upon the prior completion of the corresponding User registration.

All information provided by the User through the Website forms for the above purposes or any others must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and shall keep the information provided to FEMP perfectly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the User’s real situation. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to FEMP or third parties by the information provided.

2. Disclaimer

2.1 Regarding Information

FEMP is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided on the Website, nor for any damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on the information obtained from the Website.

2.2 Regarding quality of service

Access to the Website does not imply an obligation on the part of FEMP to ensure the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer elements. It is the User’s responsibility, in any case, to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

FEMP is not responsible for damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Website service.

2.3 Regarding Service availability

Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity, and operation are not the responsibility of FEMP. Consequently, the services provided through the Website may be suspended, canceled, or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Website service.

FEMP is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Website service during or prior to its provision.

2.4 Regarding content and services linked through the Website

Links on the Website may take you outside of the FEMP network. FEMP is not aware of the content and services of linked sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdated nature, unavailability, error, or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage not directly attributable to FEMP; links are provided by FEMP in good faith, and therefore it is not responsible for any changes in the sites to which a link is established.

In no case should the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with those responsible for or the owners of such sites, nor the recommendation, promotion, or identification of FEMP with the statements, content, or services provided.
