The extract of the Resolution from the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda has been published today in the Official State Gazette (BOE), announcing grants to promote the 2030 Agenda in Local Entities.

Objective of the grants

The call, conducted on a competitive basis, aims to finance projects and initiatives that promote the implementation, alignment, and localization of the 2030 Agenda in local entities. This action is part of the provisions in Article 1 of Ministerial Order DSA/632/2022, of June 23, which establishes the regulatory bases for granting subsidies aimed at promoting the 2030 Agenda at the local level.

Budget and allocation

The maximum budget for this call amounts to 6,600,000 euros, distributed across the following brackets:

• 1,400,000 euros for projects submitted by local entities or associations of local entities with a population of 5,000 inhabitants or fewer.

• 3,200,000 euros for projects submitted by local entities or associations of local entities with a population of more than 5,000 and fewer than 100,000 inhabitants.

• 2,000,000 euros for projects submitted by local entities or associations of local entities with a population of 100,000 inhabitants or more.

The grants may cover projects with a minimum requested amount of €20,000 and a maximum of €250,000.

Deadline and Application Process

The deadline for submitting applications begins on June 21 and ends on July 22, 2024. Applications must be submitted exclusively by electronic means through the electronic office of the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda.

Applications must be addressed to the Directorate General for the 2030 Agenda. Applicants must formalize their requests using the standard form available on the Ministry’s website: Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda.
